So I am going to tell you about the culture of Arista:
Arista is a counseling office run by Dr. G., a psychologist and nurse practitioner in psychiatry. In her headquarters office, where I work, she is the head therapist, followed by Dr. S., another psychologist and renter of Dr. G.’s.The office has renters of who are therapists, psychiatrists, as licensed social workers. As far as office management goes, Christina manages the whole place while Josh, Dr. G.’s adult son, is in charge of billing and finances.

To be honest, having Dr. G.’s son in the office has caused many issues amongst the interns as well as the permanent office staff. Because of this, a lot of company relationships evolve in his absence and without his involvement. His presence is countered by Christina’s, as she is the interns’ favorite employee. She really makes the office a fun place when the day slow.

Last week, we planned another drug lunch for this Wednesday so that’s something to look forward to. I hope we order the eggplant again…
