When the Library expanded to a 24/5 schedule in 2008, there were many hours in which the Library was open with no librarians on site to help users with their research needs. Today’s students have different expectations when it comes to the role of the library on the web. The Web Services Librarian, Kevin Gilbertson, continually looks for ways to make the website exceed the expectations of today’s students. This web presence helps raise the profile of the University online and contributes to its ability to recruit a strong pool of students.
